Registration for ICTM 2016 should be completed via the On-line Registration Form. Please read the instructions below before beginning registration. 

Registration opens in 1 June 2016

 Registration Deadline: 15 October, 2016.

• Bank transfer (the preferred method of payment within Europe: quicker and cheaper).

 Note that the abstract will be included in the Conference programme only if registration and payment is completed before 15th October 2016

Registration is binding. Only cancellations received in writing will be considered. Please contact the secretariat at ictm.wroclaw@gmail.com regarding all cancellations.

Refunding policy:  Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after 10th September nor will they be given for no-shows.

 

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. Further details on accommodation options can be found in the Accommodation section of the conference website.
